Orchard Community Centre

Corporate Bookings at the Orchard Community Centre: If you are booking on behalf of a corporate organisation, please email orchardcc@biggleswadetowncouncil.gov.uk directly, as there is an additional hourly charge.

Discounts for bookings at the Orchard Community Centre: For bookings made on behalf of a local charity, a local not-for-profit organisation, or block-bookings of 7+ sessions, please email enquiries@biggleswadetowncouncil.gov.uk to request a discount code.

Parties at the Orchard Community Centre: If booking a party, please ensure you submit a request for a 'Party (Page Hall)' session.

All email enquiries for The Orchard Centre should be sent to orchardcc@biggleswadetowncouncil.gov.uk.

Please note, payments for Party bookings will be taken by
card at the time of the booking and hirer’s will be invoiced accordingly.

Booking Process at the Orchard Community Centre:
You will receive an email confirming your booking once you have completed the booking process and have paid (this is not the case for Corporate Bookings, please see above).

Session Duration:

Each session includes 5 minutes of set-up time and 10 minutes for packing away and cleaning.

First-time bookings:

For first-time bookings, an induction email will be sent to you with all of the details relating to health and safety whilst using the Centre.

Caretaker Assistance:
The Town Council does not offer Caretaker assistance for any booking.
